Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manage / Project Engineer will support the project management team in overseeing and executing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project tasks and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure effective communication and project progression
Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance
Prepare project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with safety and quality standards
Facilitate project meetings and maintain records of discussions and action items
Assist in the procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management or construction roles'
Knowledge of commercial construction
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not needed
