As Head of Tax and Treasury, you'll report directly to executive leadership and lead both strategic and operational aspects of tax and treasury. This is a high-impact role with visibility, influence, and the opportunity to modernize systems and processes.

Tax Leadership

Oversee all tax operations: compliance, ASC 740, and strategic planning
Manage multi-state tax filings, sales/use tax, 1099s, and property tax
Identify and secure tax incentives for capital projects
Collaborate with external firms on audits and tax credits

Treasury Management

Manage daily cash flow and optimize liquidity
Maximize interest income and manage banking relationships
Lead RFPs for banking and credit card services
Monitor and reduce banking fees
Drive automation of treasury processes (Excel to Oracle ERP)

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor tax and treasury teams
Address performance issues and support team development
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations

Qualifications

CPA required; MBA or MS in Accounting/Tax preferred
10+ years of tax leadership experience (industry + public accounting)
5+ years of experience managing teams
Experience with Oracle ERP and finance automation
Treasury operations experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of multi-state tax and facilities-related incentives

Benefits

Pay Range is $171- $225k annualized salary, ~18% plus bonus. *Represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
