Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems including package units, air handlers, split systems, and chillers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Repair and replace defective components and equipment as needed to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC training program preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
  • HVAC certification and relevant licenses as required by local regulations.
