Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative electrical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all systems function efficiently and meet the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components.
  • Create and review schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of prototypes using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and DMM.
  • Oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
  • Design and implement low-level drivers for various communication protocols including Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and USB.
  • Develop embedded systems utilizing MCUs, CPUs, and FPGAs.
  • Utilize IMUs and sensors for automation and control applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on design and development.
  • Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
  • Strong understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and hardware automation.
  • Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols including Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and USB.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
